Partnership, for me, means you're not doing this alone. I'm not a coach who shows up for an hour and disappears. I'm in your corner between sessions, thinking about your situation, sending you the article I came across, celebrating the small wins you almost missed.

That comes from somewhere real. I've lived the journey, ADHD since age 3, three burnouts, complete rebuilds. I also bring 20+ years from CNN, Harvard Law School, and Amazon HR, so I understand both sides of the table: what it feels like to be stuck, and what leaders are actually looking for.
